Ordinance 21-06 amends the Zoning Map to rezone from the (R1) Low Density Residential to the (IN) Institutional for the parcels known as Dauphin County Tax Parcel Nos 35- 039-025 (10.24 acres) and the adjacent property of 35- 039-011 (5.43 acres). Ordinance 21-06 amends Chapter 203 of the Zoning Ordinance, Section 303.A, to modify the Lower Paxton Township Zoning Map (the “Zoning Map”) to rezone land from the R-1, Low Density Residential District, to the IN, Institutional District. The request will be discussed prior to the public hearing at the October 6, 2021, Planning Commission meeting. in the Township Municipal Building, 425 Prince Street, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Supervisors of Lower Paxton Township hereby gives public notice that a public hearing for Ordinance 21-06, is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
